1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions for Website Development (the “Agreement”) govern the provision of website development services (the “Services”) by Quibblix Web Solutions (the “Developer”) to the Client (the “Client”). By accepting these terms and conditions, the Client agrees to be bound by and comply with the Agreement.

2. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to remit the total fee stated in the Proposal for the Services to Quibblix Web Solutions. Payment terms are established before project commencement. Quibblix Web Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

3. Scope of Services

Quibblix Web Solutions will deliver the Services as outlined in the Proposal. Additional services requested by the Client will be subject to further agreement, potentially incurring additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

The Developer maintains all intellectual property rights to code, designs, or other materials created during the Services. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed website for business purposes, with the understanding not to copy, modify, or distribute it without prior written consent from Quibblix Web Solutions.

5. Warranties and Representations 

Quibblix Web Solutions guarantees the provision of Services to the Client with reasonable skill and care, adhering to industry standards. The Client 

guarantees that all supplied content does not infringe on intellectual property rights or any other third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client arising from the Services. The Developer’s total liability is capped at the fees paid by the Client for the Services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information provided in connection with the Services confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent from the other party.

8. Termination 

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all Services provided until the termination date.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

By selecting Indian law as the governing law, this Agreement ensures unanimous agreement. The exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts provides a defined path for dispute resolution.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

Additional Policies by Quibblix Web Solutions:

Advanced Payment Policy: 

A 50% advanced payment is required before commencing any project. If a client decides to cancel within two days after the advance payment, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available after this period.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: If the project has not commenced or been delivered.
• Partial Refund: The advance payment is non-refundable if the project has started, and the client requests cancellation.
• No Refund: After project delivery.

Change in Policy: 

Quibblix Web Solutions reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice, with changes applicable to all existing and new clients.
